Update to Customers - COVID-19

In response to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we want to reassure our customers and partners that we expect access to our products and services to remain unaltered. We are committed to supporting our community of students, educators, archivists and librarians in any way we can throughout this crisis.

We are conscious that remote working and online learning is crucial at this time and we are engaged in helping our customers, archive partners and end users to support this. If there are any barriers to our partners and customers accessing our content off-campus, we can assist, so please get in touch with us.

Support for Online Learning and Teaching

In order to support our community with remote working and online learning, we have created and will maintain this hub on our website, detailing the outreach services we can offer, and the tools that are available for institutions, particularly in relation to online learning and teaching.

Service Levels and Support

We have closed our offices but our staff continue to work remotely, so service levels remain unaffected. Please continue to contact support@amdigital.co.uk as usual.

Hosting

Adam Matthew is partnered by multi-national hosting suppliers and they have provided us with their own positive business continuity statements. We will continue to monitor and work closely with our partners in this area.
